Here is a little known trick to help you lose weight fast. Drink as much water as you can.
A large portion of our bodies are water so it only stands to reason that we need a lot of it to function properly. Most people are dehydrated and this will cause you to gain weight.
I also suggest you eat you last meal or snack at least 4 hrs before going to bed. Eat for what you will be doing next, if you are doing nothing next then don’t because the food will immediately be turned to fat.
