My Overweight "Couch Patato" Son

Mt son has been overweight ever since he was about 4 years old. He is now 16. Over the years his love for soccer has grown tremendously and especially for the English club Arsenal. I am glad that I've always encouraged him, because suddenly at the age of 16, he has decided that he wants to try out professional soccer. So he has started a strict exercise and practice regime that has seen him shed several kilos of unnecessary weight over a very short period of time. Naturally I am ecstatic.
