Start feeling good

One immediate way to shed off some weight and start feeling good about yourself is to work on what you eat and eliminate all that sugar that you are taking in. A lot of the excess sugar you take in cannot be burned and converted into energy, which means that it causes the body to sore it and other foods. The way the body stores excess food is the form fat, which adds to your weight rather than reducing it.
