The easiest way to get some exercise done is to find a sport that you like. It could be soccer, baseball or even basketball. Recently beach soccer has gained a lot of popularity and this is just the sport to help a person quickly sweat out excess fat. The advantage of a sport is that you will be able to push your body to its' limits while having fun.
