One simple way to lose weight virtually effortlessly is to eat small portions but more frequently: Eating small portions will firstly ensure that the stomach does not lose its shape due to bloating. Secondly, it ensures that you burn up all (or at least most) the calories you eat in a single meal, with no excess calories left for being stored as fat in the body.
You must also avoid gas-producing foods at all costs. Eating gas-producing foods like kidney beans and cabbage can add a couple of inches to your tummy due to bloating. So avoid them as much as you can.
