Want to lose weight, will eat slowly

The reason why eating too fast increases weight is because people who eat fast tend to overeat. You see it takes at least 20 minutes for the message to travel from your stomach to your brain ordering food intake to stop. If you eat fast, you have over-eaten and stuffed your stomach with lots of extra food before you realize that you have overeaten. Overeating causes folks to gain weight.
