The World Wide Web can be both a helper and a detractor when one is looking to lose weight. There are those who spend their entire day surfing the net and occasionally indulging in some fattening, unhealthy snack while they are at it. Then there are those who not only find the time to go out and exercise, but they also use the net to research the best way to lose weight.
